Satisfaction-Guarantee

If you purchase a product and are not satisfied with it,  for what reason so ever, you will have fifteen days time to return the product. It has to be in perfect condition with it´s packaging and original accessories. If the cause is out of our competence and does not refer to the product´s condition, you will have to pay the expenses of the sending, to do the return.

Carniceria Can Pep treats with maximum quality products and reliability, as how the confidance proofs, which our clients show us daily.

All products are guaranteed by the manufacturers and if any would not show the adequate conditions, it will be replaced, solving the incident within the shortest time possible.

All cases have the guarantee of the content being untouched by means of a security-seal. In case of receiving a case that shows any manipulation or damage, please inform us asap and indicate so in the receipt of delivery.

Carniceria Can Pep will do the tracking of the merchandise by it´s distribution-departement till the confirmation of delivery, including the decisions to be taken if possible incidents occur. However, our work, responsability and compromise is the delivery of our client´s merchandise, which we have put in hands of the transport-agency, whose work, responsability and compromise, in turn, is the delivery to our client. (All possible delays, accidents or neglancies will be covered by the obligatory insurance of the agency).

We can not be made responsable for the absence of the persons in their homes, the agency will then leave a note to contact them, regarding the delivery of the merchandise.
