How do I know, that the products I will receive are in good concition?

Carniceria Can Pep treats daily with fresh products, which are sold daily in both our two shops situated on Majorca, apart from distributing to hotels and restaurants. This results in daily stock-change and allows us to guarantee the freshness of all of our products.

If I place my order today, when will it be prepared?

Orders received before 09:00 pm will be prepared the next day and will be sent that day.

Orders received after 09:00 pm will be treatd as orders of the next day, so the preparation and sending will take fortyeight hours from then.

By no means will a preparation be done, if the sending will not follow within a few hours.

What will happen, if I do not receive my order?

This will possibly hardly ever happen, as all our sendings have reached their destinations. However, if you would not receive your order, for what reason so ever, you can require your money back without any cost for you.
